Simple negotiation mandate

Entrust us with your negotiation mandate: In addition to our legal services, you can authorize us to have a mandatary lawyer negotiate the property or properties you wish to buy, based on your criteria.
Negotiating at the best price: FRELA negotiates the best purchase price for you in your interest. Whether the project is brought by FRELA or by you, we conduct the negotiation on your behalf.
FRELA’s mandatary lawyers in real estate transactions bring strength to the negotiation process, basing our evaluations and arguments on the production of legal and fiscal audit files of the property, as well as our real estate expertise.
Fees consist of convention fees and transaction fees, with convention fees being deductible from transaction fees.
Fee Agreement and Negotiation Mandate:

Mandate authorizing us to negotiate on your behalf for a property in France, in conjunction with our mandate for tax and legal services.
- Negotiation on Your Behalf: Receive expert negotiation conducted in your name.
- Receive preliminary advice for structuring your acquisition in France (Direct ownership or through a corporate entity, Initial tax considerations).
- Facilitate communication between involved parties (We instruct and coordinate with notaries).
Mandate: Advice and Support for the Purchase Offer: Understand all terms and formulate a clear and compliant offer. Avoid pitfalls and understand your obligations. Receive a study of similar real estate transactions in the region.
- Mandate: Contract Review: FRELA thoroughly examines all details to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Mandate for Other Services: Tax review. Legal assistance.
Negotiation Fees:
10% of the negotiated value for each completed negotiation mandate.
- FRELA negotiates the purchase price of your transaction.
- 10% will be charged based on the negotiated displayed value.
Example: Property listed at €3,500,000, negotiated on your behalf at €3,000,000, resulting in savings of €500,000 from the listed value, of which €500,000 is saved for you and €50,000* is transaction fees payable to FRELA. (You only pay the transaction fees if the deal is concluded. The upfront convention fees will be deducted from the transaction fees).
