Mandate Fees
Negotiation Fees:
- FRELA negotiates the acquisition price of your transaction.
- 10% will be retained on the negotiated displayed value.
Example: Property displayed at €3,500,000, negotiated on your behalf at €3,000,000, resulting in €500,000 savings on the displayed value, of which €50,000* will be payable to FRELA as transaction fees (transaction fees are only due upon the conclusion of the transaction; upfront convention fees will be deducted from the transaction fees).
Mandate Fees: A percentage of the transaction applies after acquisition.
- Scenario 1: The property is introduced by FRELA: The total invoiced fees range from 5% to 10% of the transaction.
- Scenario 2: The property is not introduced by FRELA: The total invoiced fees range from 1.5% to 3% of the transaction.
(Transaction fees are only due upon the conclusion of the transaction; the fees for legal and tax assistance upfront will be deducted from the mandate fees, which consist of a percentage of the transaction price).
