Our fees are fixed and capped
The fees will depend on various factors, including the nature of the transaction, the type of property, and the acquisition price. They consist of two components:
- Legal service fees: fees for legal services and the mandate for searching real estate properties or businesses.
- Transaction fees at closing: a percentage of the negotiation and transaction value.
The transaction fees are only payable upon successful completion of the transaction. The fees for legal services already paid will be deducted from the transaction fees.

Mandate authorizing us to search for a property in France combined with our mandate for tax and legal services.

- The fees will be based on the negotiated price/ savings achieved.
Closing fees
A percentage of the transaction applies after the acquisition.
Example scenario 1: The property is introduced by FRELA: The total fees charged range between 5% and 10% of the transaction. Example scenario 2: The property is not introduced by FRELA: The total fees charged range between 1.5% and 3% of the transaction.
