Closing Fees: A percentage of the transaction applies after the sale.
- Scenario 1: The property is introduced by FRELA: The total invoiced fees are between 5% and 10% of the transaction.
- Scenario 2: The property is not introduced by FRELA: The total invoiced fees are between 1.5% and 3% of the transaction.
